FROM THE CENTRE - If you're trying to find us from inside the centre, head to the escalator right next to Zara on the Ground Floor. Ride this up 1 floor then turn left and keep walking. You'll see us to your right after you walk past Fonda Mexican!

Perched atop the amazing Chadstone shopping centre and located in the Social Quarter, you'll find 10 of the most unique challenge rooms at Hijinx Hotel. The idea is simple: make your way down our New York hotel-inspired corridors and happen upon 10 doors. What isn't so simple are the otherworldly experiences that lie behind each. With ball pits, carnival games, basketball arenas, and a curious trip inside TV pop culture, Hijinx Hotel is a place for you to let your imagination run wild with mates, all while completing tasks to top the daily leaderboard.

Is there an age limit?
Yes. Our challenge rooms are designed to be fun for everyone over the age of 5 (accompanied by a responsible adult of course!)
How does it work?
Get assigned a set of 5 challenge rooms - your goal is to score as many points as you can! When you enter a room, you will be briefed on the objective for each room. Your team will have a set time in each room to score as many points as possible before moving to the next room.
Can I just show up?
You can, but fun stuff sells out fast, and we only have a very limited number of walk-ins available. We suggest booking in advance to avoid disappointment.
What should I wear?
Some challenges require moving around the room to score as many points as you can within the time limit. So we recommend clothing that you can comfortably get active in. We're not talking a marathon, think more like a vigorous game of musical chairs...

Yes! If you plan to purchase alcohol or be in the venue after 8pm seven days a week, you will need a valid form of ID.
We accept driver or rider licences and permits issued within Australia, Australian and International passports, proof of age cards and Keypass identity cards.
Adults are encouraged to come down and let their inner child loose at all times!
However, under 18's MUST be accompanied by a legal parent / guardian at all times. Minors and under 18's are not allowed in the venue after 8pm, seven days a week. Check out our House Rules for more info.
Chill out at our Mega Bar, grab some delicious food, grab an amazing cocktail, visit our mates Holey Moley Golf Club, Archie Brothers Cirque Electriq and/or Strike Bowling for even more fun, or you know, normal social interaction with your mates.
Unfortunately due to liquor licensing restrictions, we cannot facilitate kids parties at Hijinx Hotel Chadstone. However, our neighbours Strike Bowling Chadstone or Archie Brothers Chadstone are a great alternative for U18's celebrations!
Please arrive 30 minutes before your booked in session so we can brief you on the game play, show you to your room and have you playing as soon as possible.
However, you're welcome to arrive earlier than this to give you time to try our Hijinx Hotel cocktails, drinks and food before you play!
